Momen holds a B.Sc. Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Alexandria, Egypt in 1995 and has worked in the technology industry since in a variety of technical and leadership roles.
Over the past 25+ years at STS, Momen has held several roles and has had extensive experience in building solid teams, managing service operations, developing and achieving strategic plans, and maintaining customer service quality
